valeo slg, is looking for a focused and results oriented Executive Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will use his/her proven recruiting background to identify key talent and manage the recruiting process; source candidates through existing database and contacts, advertising campaigns, and direct recruiting; manage the Internet-based recruitment process based on changing priorities and client needs; meet with candidates to evaluate their skills and understand their job preferences and contact managers to determine a candidate's viability to support and resolve specific client needs.

Recruiter will be expected to regualry participate in networking events, to build a network of experienced and senior executives interested in permanent and interim opportunites. You will work with clients to develop a strategy for building their bench strength, make recommendations regarding the top talent available to meet their requirements, and provide consistent support and direction to clients and candidates. You will work with Managing Partner to establish and accomplish weekly business growth goals.

The ideal Executive Recruiter must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, recruiting and problem solving skills in a fast-paced business environment 3+ years recruiting experience are required.
