Akwa Ibom State Governorship Election Petition Tribunal sitting in Uyo, yesterday, struck out the petition of the Action Congress of Nigeria, ACN, and its gubernatorial candidate, Senator John Akpanudoedehe, that challenged the re-election of Chief Godswill Akpabio as governor of the state.
