Job Title: Project Planning and Monitoring Manager
Department: Capital Programs Group
Location: Lagos

Job Description:    
•   Ensure Timely Projectisation of annual/ quarterly budgets as approved by the board
•   Ensure timely preparation and dispatch of HLDDs to project sponsors
•   Ensure timely collation of Project Plans of Execution (PPOEs)to the Capital Steercom for review and approval
•   Ensure adherence to MTN project delivery Methodology
•   Confer with project staff to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities, and scope of authority
•   Review status reports prepared by project personnel and ensure accuracy
•   Ensure timely preparation and distribution of Capital Projects Steering Committee submission packs. Etc.

Job Conditions: General MTN working conditions May be required to work extra hours
Reporting To:   Senior Manager, Program Support Office

Required Skills:   
•   8 years work experience comprising:
•   A minimum of 6 years project management experience with exposure in rollout project delivery, information systems delivery and facilities implementation
•   At least 3 years experience in a management role
•   4 to 5 years experience in a project management function in the telecoms industry

Qualification: First degree or equivalent from a reputable institution
