Our client is looking for a professional with the following:
•   Process Safety Management
•   Engineering Specification (Onshore & Offshore)
•   Industry Standards (API, ASME, etc.)
•   Risk Assessment facilitation
•   HAZOP facilitation
•   Good communications & presentation skills
•   QA/QC for qualitative & quantitative studies
•   Design reviews for PFD, P&ID, Plot plans, Fire water system layout, e-class drawings
•   MOC review and analysis
•   Knowledge of Client RiskMan2 Process (Preferred).
•   Candidate will manage a robust Risk Management Process which includes oversight for all qualitative and quantitative risk assessments. This also includes following the closure of all recommendations made during these studies.
•   Candidate is expected to select experienced consultants to conduct needed SP2 & 3 studies and provide QA/QC for said studies.
•   Candidate will review all incoming MOC for accuracy, required studies and review the design changes for compliance with Industry and Company standards.
•   Candidate will review all Small Capital Projects and provide input for Major Capital Projects to the Houston staff.
•   Candidate is expected to mentor and train selected national employees in PSM, design, risk assessments, Corporate and Industry standards & specifications, etc.
•   Candidate is expected to Conduct & Facilitate small focused Risk Assessments on changes to the process, procedures, etc.
•   Candidate will prepare and present the progress of the Risk Management Process to senior management on a monthly basis.
