Supervise any well control incidents. Maintain complete, accurate and detailed records including daily operations, well cost estimates, performance data (activity/category) and well installation details.

Exercise Stop Work Authority when service partners fail to follow their Safety Management Systems assures that supervisors supervise, and champion E-Colors in job planning and execution. Actively participate in all pre-tour and weekly safety meetings and check for understanding. Assure that no "home-made" devices are in use. Review all PTW & associated JSA's for consistent dates, job descriptions and management inspection of the work site.

Assure that everything that goes downhole is callipered, measured, and model #/serial # documented. Assure that drill sting, wellbore and wellhead components are assembled and installed as per program and procedures. Assure that service partners implement their operating guidelines, written instructions and procedures.

Collect complete and high quality data on all drilling and geologic parameters. Performance: Set daily performance expectations and goals for the rig. Challenge the rig for continual performance improvement.
