Main Functions:   

•   Carry out the protective stock for all branches.

•   Analyze the market to make the right protective stock.

•   Carry out necessary file maintenance on the system as might be required.

•   Analyze all parameters reports concerning the inventory control.

•   Handling with the parts admin.

•   Co-ordinator and the inventory control analyst to achieve the target plan of the department.

•   Assisting in the end year stock check and PRA.

•   Responsible for all literature media sent from the suppliers.

•   Responsible for all parts software library for all branches.

Qualifications:    HND in Engineering or its equivalent plus 2 years experience in the parts business.
