Job Title: Quality Control Technician – Metal Works

Main Functions:   

•   Carry out quality inspection in the welding section, fabrication line, painting line, assembly and during Pre-Delivery Inspection.

•   Responsible for the inspection of all purchased product to ensure conformity with specification and liaise with Sectional Supervisors for approval of same.

•   Responsible for keeping immediate working environment neat and tidy.

•   Responsible for recording design development findings, liaise with Sectional Supervisor and Design Engineer, make necessary corrections and fill the process sheet.

•   Responsible for detecting, investigating reporting all non conformity and ensuring proper documentation of records.

Qualifications:   

•   HND / ND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Metal works.

•   'O' Level Credit passes in English, Maths, Physics and Chemistry.

•   Highly experienced Mechanical background.

•   Not less than 5 years hand on experienced in quality control.

•   Computer literacy will be an added advantage.

Age: Not older than 33 years old as at 1st April, 2012
