If so, due to several high-profile public/private investment projects now getting underway in Nigeria, Niger, Mali, and Mauritania, we are seeking someone to join our Human Resources management team in Nigeria. As you may already know, we are investment specialists in West and East Africa as well as the Middle East. We currently have foreign direct investments in more than 25 countries throughout African and the Middle East and are growing rapidly in the region.

These related projects include the following industrial sectors: mining, mineral development, agricultural technology, microfinance, transportation, rare earth element exploration, infrastructure development, NGO Services, medical services/BHUs, and other related local capacity building projects.

As a new Human Resources professional, you will learn how to be a "talent scout" for these exciting new projects.

Position Requirements:

1.   Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in both English and local tribal dialects is a big plus

2.   Direct Sales background

3.   Ability to identify, qualify, and recruit top talent

4.   Must have experience living and working in Nigeria and surrounding countries is a big plus

5.   High level communication and relationship building skills

6.   Research and Presentation skills

7.   Excellent rapport-builder with customers; can you connect??

8.   Must be an excellent writer, not Hemingway, but pretty good

9.   Familar with the operations of NGOs and also the technology community. 11 Human Resource experience is also helpful, but not necessary

10.   Local relationships with the academic and medical community is a big plus

11.   Must currently be living in Nigeria, Niger, Mali, or Mauritania right now.

Compensation: First Year total compensation is a combination base salary and bonus based on performance. Base compensation is commensurate with experience.
