•   Attend to customer enquiries promptly and efficiently.

•   Process internet banking service and e-products request.

•   Issue banker's signature confirmation and reference letter as required.

•   Refer customer request beyond his/her limit to appropriate authority.

•   Perform other duties as assigned by Business Service manager.

Skills Required:

•   Good customer service care.

•   Good problem solving skills.

•   Good documentation and record keeping.

•   Good reading and listening skills.

Educational Qualification:

•   HND Graduate only (minimum Lower Credit)

•   Age: Not more than 30 years.

•   Experience in the banking industry will be an added advantage.
