JOB TITLE: SENIOR MANAGER, PRODUCT MARKETING

JOB DESCRIPTION
•   Lead staff and work teams or task forces in broad functional/process areas to solve complex and diverse issues.
•   Apply broad and in depth business management knowledge to resolve multi discipline or multi-functional/ process problems.
•   Resolve conflict between work teams over resource allocation and other critical issues.
•   Define strategy and Ways of Working  Product Management and Operative Product Management teams in new Area structure.
•   Execute and manage the CSD strategy for Area.
•   Develop and coach individuals within team.
•   Accountable for product management and GTM process for the Area.
•   Provide pre PD0/BDX Area information to Area BU marketing lead and Regional BU Portfolio planner (concepting phase)
•   Provide BDX/PD0 to end of life product/variant feedback to Global product management/product programs, life cycle management and inputs into end of life decisions.
