The Social Place Lagos is an event planning, lifestyle store and party boutique opened Sep 2011. We are positioned for a period of rapid expansion and growth with our sister companies Social Couture and Cloud 9 Food.

JOB TITLE: RETAIL MANAGER
LOCATION: Lagos

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Creating public awareness of the brand Social Place

Coordinating marketing tools and materials in line with vision and mission of Social Place Place

Overall revenue sales of the showroom/shops for maximum profits

Manage staff to achieve sales targets.

Establish and implement action plan for new markets for SOCIAL PLACE

Conduct necessary SWOT for marketing plan

Develop and implement marketing plan which will maximize shops' profits

Maintain positive customer relations

Provide timely feedback  to Managing Director on marketing efforts

Create and maintain database of SOCIAL PLACE potential and existing customers

Write business proposals for potential clients and maintain documentation

Develop and implement customer loyalty schemes

Develop, and foster a positive working environment for staff   

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

Must reside on the Island or environs like Apapa, Surulere or Yaba with direct access to VI and Ikoyi

Minimum qualification is Degree

1-3 years of experience.

Strong knowledge of the company business

Interest in the company's business

Good interpersonal and presentation skills

Business savvy and ability to integrate       

Strong marketing skills and network               

Good communication skills both written and oral               

Good analytical skills
