•   Prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities with the architect and other professions relating to building and civil engineering projects.

•   Perform valuations of completed work by taking physical measurements/quantities. Perform cost analysis and provide advice on contractual claims.

•   Prepare cost estimates for developing projects. Proficiency in the use of MS-word, MS-excel and MS-projects is essential.

Education and Qualifications:

•   BSC/HND in Quantity Survey.

•   Seven years post qualification experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a construction company
