Jonathan, Tambuwal, Ekweremadu pray for Mark’s recovery

 Mark Mark    President Goodluck Jonathan, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Aminu Tambuwal and the Deputy Senate President, Senator Ike Ekweremadu, are among notable Nigerians who have sent messages of goodwill to the Senate President, Senator David Mark, praying for his quick recovery.

According to a statement released on Tuesday by his media aide, Kola Ologbondiyan, Mark is currently receiving medical treatment in Israel.

President Jonathan, who reportedly spoke with Mark on the phone on Monday night, prayed for his quick recovery.

"We are praying for your quick recovery back home and wish that you return to your desk quickly too," President Jonathan told Mark.

 Tambuwal in his conversation with the Senate President  prayed for Allah's blessings and protection for him, adding however that members of the House are wishing him well and also praying that he joins them in the National Assembly very soon.

Meanwhile, Ekweremadu, who spoke with Mark on Tuesday, sent the Senate goodwill messages, noting that all his colleagues are with him in their prayers.
