Eligibility:
Russian students in their third (3 rd ) or fourth (4 th ) year of undergraduate study at a Russian institution, with an educational background satisfactory ii) Awardees must be admitted by HKUST for to HKUST; and one academic year as a visiting student.

Scholarship Open for International Students: Yes

Scholarship Open for Students of Following Countries: Russia

Scholarship Description: Scholarship students may not withdraw from the Scholarship Program without approval of HKUST and providing that there are extenuating circumstances. In the event that a scholarship student withdraws from the Scholarship Program prior to completion of the semester of study at HKUST, the student shall be required to refund a proportionate amount of the living expenses received by the student.
