VPN module for voice connection?

I have a Cisco 2621XM and want to set up external connection, do I need a VPN module for voice connection?
I have a 2621XM multi-function router. It does support voice. How would I go about making a point to point connection to another same modem router at a remote site to use the same trunk or phone line using a voice gateway.
