Job Title: Manager, Enterprise Fund

Location: Abuja

Job Profile:

•   This position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. The SFH Enterprise fund is an investment of Capital (from a donor) used as a revolving fund to maintain a continuous supply of certain commodities. It operates like a revolving fund with all the commodities sold at zero subsidy. The post holder will have the responsibility to actively scout the environment for opportunities for Enterprise Fund (EF) projects or products, develop concept notes and execute such after management approval.

•   S/He will also ensure that all products and commodities under the enterprise fund are available at all times, The successful candidate will be required to develop an annual – business plan and budget for the Enterprise Fund commodities, and ensure that expenditures are made in line with approved budget.

•   The Enterprise Fund Manager will also need to interface with other project managers and coordinate correspondences with stakeholders, manufacturers of the EF commodities, Manufacturers Delivery Service (MDS) management and other implementing partners.

Qualifications/Experience:

•   Minimum Academic/Professional Qualifications required for the position:

•   Must possess a minimum of a first Degree in Physical/Medical/Behavioral or Social Sciences.

•   Must have at least eight (8) years post NYSC experience in the public health or social development sector preferable in the areas of behavioral change communications and/or sales

•   Experience managing pharmaceutical sales & marketing, or commodity distribution in a reputable organization will be of added advantage.

•   Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel packages

•   Must have very good report writing skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
