Job description

• Ensures all completion engineering topics: fully integrated approach between sand control and upper completion

• Prepare calls for tender and establishment of Lower / Upper Completion supply and services contracts with the securing of

• required completion materials, with scope of supply and detailed scope of work
• Prepare call for tender documents for well testing, well intervention, brine filtration service contracts
• Evaluate technical tenders, audits contractors facilities and check for personnel expertise, and write evaluations reports.
• Evaluate commercial tenders and write evaluation report.
• Prepare and follow Extended Factory Test and Site Integration Tests for completion related equipment (valves, upper completion, well intervention, sand control, etc..)
• Acts as interface between project and HQ for completion optimisation and peer reviews
• Organise workshop with contractors
• Organise Complete the Well on paper exercises with contractor and project team
• Budget preparation and imput for project Drillex
• Write upper completion program and completion guidelines
• Participate in the completion preparation planning
• Ensure that all work planned and executed meets Group requirements and that this work is of high standard (review and approve programs derogations and deviations)
• Optimise well design in relation with geology and reservoir entities.
• Prepare Drilling Operations Programs.
• Produce technical operational synthesis (End Of Well Report).
• Ensure quality and dispatching of End of Section Debriefing (Drilling Improvement Process).
• Participate in follow up of operations.
• Draw up operating procedures.
• Validate database information coming from operations (BHA & bit, ROP, Wiper Trips).
• Keep directional database up-to-date. Ensure data quality.
• Conduct and monitor studies to improve performance (flat spot).

Education: Engineering degree

Experience: 10 years experience in lower & upper completion engineering including well site experience and deep offshore experience

Skills: Language proficiency in English
