Division: IT Service Management & Administration

Reports To: Manager-IT Service Management

Job Summary:

Develop and maintain Etisalat Nigeria IT department business process framework in line with globally accepted process best practices and tools

Model IT department business processes using best-in-class technological applications

Develop and deploy processes in line with IT department operational excellence targets

Ensure timely and efficient implementation of approved audit plan for the IT department

Assist the Head-IT Service Management in driving effective review of IT department operations in line with the company's risk profile

Principal Functions:

Document and deploy processes to enforce and enhance service delivery in line with the IT department strategic objectives and KPIs

Design the to-be processes based on the defined metrics and take into consideration the peculiarity of the department's operations

Create awareness for process improvement and facilitate implementation of the process review gap analysis reports

Train process owners, subject matter experts, and process writers on process standards and tools, measurements and improvement steps

Execute quality management improvement plans/ projects based on the IT department's strategy and requirements

Execute enterprise process interface management model

Monitor process maturity levels based on defined IT department framework

Participate in process reviews in order to optimize customer interfacing processes

Participate in corporate reporting and governance

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Manager-IT Service Management

Educational Requirements:

First degree or equivalent in any relevant discipline

Postgraduate/ professional qualifications/certifications in related fields/ disciplines will be an added advantage

Experience & Skills:

Between two (2) and five (5) years directly relevant post-NYSC work experience within a technology environment covering knowledge of process modelling tools and demonstration of excellent presentation skills
