Requirement:

•   First degree in relevant discipline.

•   A higher degree in mgt will be an added advantage.

•   7-10 years of cognate experience of which at least 4 must have been with the HR dept. of a structured conglomerate.

•   Ability to advise the mgt on human resources in accordance with existing labour laws.

•   Ability to build and manage relationships with high value external Human Capital Development service support organizations in areas including Recruitment, capability Development and Compensation strategy.
