Requirement:

•   B.Sc/HND/ND in Food Science and Food Tech or any other related discipline with a proven track record at supervisory level of catering experience within the retail side of the business.

•   At least 3-5 years work experience in same capacity.

•   Coordinate the day to day running of all outdoor catering engagements, providing full catering engagements, providing full catering service.
