Position: Customer Service Officer
Ref No: MTL/2009/008.

The ideal candidates would be experienced, dedicated and competent individual.

Reporting to the Communications Manager, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the provision of excellent on line customer service and timely response to customers by supervising the assignment vehicles and chauffeurs.

Qualifications, Knowledge Skills and Experience. A first degree or its equivalent in any relevant field.

A minimum of two (2) years cognate experience Strong people management skills. Good knowledge of the operations of a two-way radio, telephone communications and automated routing and scheduling software.
