Job Title: HR Advisor, Culture and Engagement

Department: Human Resources

Location: Lagos

Reporting To: Senior Manager,Organisation Development

Job Description:

•Manage the employee engagement survey process

•Conduct in-depth data analysis and interpretation of the survey and make recommendations for management's use

•Utilise a consultative approach to source information from employees on impact of change initiatives and provide customised solutions

•Prepare and share Employee Engagement index reports as well as other reports on culture management and retention initiatives to all HR teams

•Assist the Senior Manager OD to design, plan, coordinate and implement employee retention and culture management programmes

•Identify and implement necessary process improvements to the employee engagement  and culture survey administration

•Develop new, review old and implement engagement initiatives aligned to the overall strategic HR plan and vision of becoming an employer of choice. E.g.  Induction programme, Recognition Awards & Events, Staff Welcome initiatives etc. These may be handed over to the relevant departments for follow through once developed.

•Maintain a pulse on internal and external market trends; incorporating best practices on employee engagement that aligns with the business culture and values which is guaranteed to drive the business forward

•Manage the HR internal portal as a communications/interactive tool to engender employee engagement

Job Conditions:   

•   Normal MTNN working conditions

•   Local travel

Required Skills:

•A university degree in Social Sciences (preferably Industrial Relations) or Arts.

•4 years work experience including;

•2 years within the Human Resources function of a reputable organisation

•1 – 2 years experience in change management / project coordination preferably in a telecomm environment

•Experience in a consulting / advisory role in HR

Qualification: A university degree in Social Sciences (preferably Industrial Relations) or Arts.
