This position is an outside sales manager. This self-starting, highly motivated, sales professional has responsibility for sales volume, profit margin, and credit management within a defined geographical territory. This individual reports to the Headof Sales and is responsible for new business developments, distributor relationships, and customer service. Architectural calls and jobsite visits to resolve claims issues are also required

Job Duties: •         Meets sales plan and manages within expense budgets.

•         Selling to architects, corporates, end-users and building contractors.

•         Targeting commercial and public sector projects such as hospitals, colleges, shopping centres and office buildings.

•         Identifies, develops, and maintains a network of distributors with an emphasis on key customer accounts, including consultative selling efforts.

•         Creates a demand for our products through architectural specifications and end-user promotions.

•         Provides management and manufacturing with accurate, immediate, consistent, competitive information and market intelligence.

•         Implements processes, programs, and policies in conjunction with marketing and sales management.

•         Trains specifiers, architects, general contractors, interior designers, and end-users on our new products, services, applications, etc.

•         Coordinates pricing and sales tactics with the Inside Sales Team.

•         Implements a job follow-up program and secures major projects starting at specification level.

•         Submits reports (market, expense, etc.) on a weekly basis.

•         Travels / spend time in market up to 80\\% of the time.

Candidate requirements:

•         Ideally have good contacts and experience dealing with architects in the region.

•         Ideally have experience of specifying into commercial and public sector projects.

•         Must have experience of selling branded doors into architects, end-users and building contractors.

•         Must have field sales experience.

•         Must be capable of both account management and new business.
