Primary Skills:

•   Reporting directly to the Senior Project Manager.

•   Manage and Coordinate multidiscipline engineering activities on a Radar Tracking and Vessel Surveillance Project

•   Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with applicable Codes and Standards within the boundaries of the

•   Asset Basis of Design.

•   Excellent written and oral communication skills

•   Responsible for personal safety safe working practices for the Project(s) in accordance with the Project(s) and

•   Program SHE Plans.

Specific Accountabilities:

•   Maintain an active Action Items Register and ensure that the listed items are followed up and effectively

•   progressed to completion;

•   Initiate and control all Project cost and schedule change request and approvals for scope of work change;

•   Follow up and track all approved project changes using the Management of Change System and procedure;

•   Responsible for all inter‐discipline co‐ordination and technical management of third parties.

•   Maintain and develop existing project execution plans, contracting strategies, planning and cost control systems.

•   Compliance with client general Practices (GP) including all regulatory, legal, quality and company requirements

•   Compliance to client Project Design basis of design, design scopes and subsequent performance

•   Implementation of the MOC "management of change" in accordance with WP EMS guidelines

Qualifications:

•   BSC or BE (Instrumentation‐ Control Systems/Automation)

•   10 or more years experience in the Oil and Gas Offshore industry

•   Has had overseas/project experience leading multi‐discipline engineering teams in similar Projects

•   Proven ability to communicate with people at all levels

•   Demonstrated experience with Major Oil companies in managing EPC activities on Offshore Oil & Gas Projects
