Job Description:   

•   Facilitation of cross-functional process improvement teams.

•   Data collection analysis and interpretation.

•   Validation of benefit and communication of results

•   Teach, coach and mentor others in the Lean Sigma methodology

Required Qualifications:   

Bachelor's degree with a minimum of Second Class Upper Division in Engineering or Applied Sciences plus certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Advanced Studies in Lean Manufacturing

Required Skills:   

•   Proven ability as team lead/facilitator in the successful completion of multiple process improvement projects using the Lean or Six Sigma methodology   

•   Excellent technical, analytical and problem solving skills

•   Effective coaching and communication skills

•   Ability to facilitate cross-functional teams

•   Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite

Experience: Minimum of Seven (7) years relevant post National Youth Service experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas or Manufacturing Industry
