Job Title: HSE Shut Down Co-ordinator

Location: Lagos

ACTIVITIES

•   Bridge and prepare all necessary HSE documentation for the Full Shut Down Activities

•   Liaise with Dept. teams and their Contractors to integrate all their documentation into the Company the overall FFSD HSE Manual

•   Update HSE Document as required during the progress of the preparation phase

•   Prepare all relevant reports linked to HSE activities

•   Follow up on Safety Equipment required for the operation

•   Prepare fortnightly HSE actions summary for project management

•   Collate information and prepare report on key gaps to be fullfiled for any given package works

•   Liaise with HSE Reporting engineers and team member to share relevant information on reporting

•   Use various data representation formats to produce HSSE reports (charts, graphs, tables, etc.)

•   Identify procedurial HSE gaps to develop and improve HSE procedurial controls for the FSD

•   Identify training gaps among contractors or company personnel where and when necessary

•   Actively prepare and participate to all preparatory HSE studies such as Risk Analisys, HAZOP, HAZID etc...

•   Co-ordinate with the FOPS HSE personnel offshore and onshore all necessary requirement for the safe execution of the works

•   To propose improvement plans for the preparatory period

•   Work in close co-ordination with FSD team, Offshore Construction Team, and ECP relevant depts. To ensure all datas and necessary preparatory works are fulfilled

•   Audit and Inspect equipment proposed by contractors prior to mobilization

•   Ensure that Contractor personnel have the necessary HSE qualification for the intended tasks

•   Ensure that Selected contractors have develop an improvement plan highlighting the gaps and ensuring key gaps are closed prior to the start of the operation.

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

•   Education : HSE Engineer, and/or full experience on construction/Projects, Shut downs, commissioning, production HSE related activities

•   Offshore HSE Experience is a plus

•   Fluent in English with good communication skills.

•   Excellent computer skills (Office Package)

•   Sound knowledge of Presentation tool (Power Point)
