Job description:

Support Telecom Business Operation applications in line with the governing SLAs by:

•   Ensuring and maintaining Electronic charge availability and success rate transactions

•   Support on electronic charge problem solving within SLA

•   Deploy all electronic recharge promotions coming from business within implementation target date

•   Handling end to end prepaid subscribers provisioning through CMS (Customer Management Service).

•   Ensure and maintaining Loyalty program availability and accuracy

•   Ensure SIM SWAP service availability and intervene on problem solving

•   Ensure Me2U (credit transfer) service availability and accuracy

•   Will handle KYC application which is ready for go live

•   Will handle USSD application (ready for go live) with all services related to such promo enrollment and enquiry.

•   Participle in to new applications deployment during implementation

•   Collect and Deliver TBO KPIs data(under his responsibility) to business within SLA

Required:

•   Pre-University qualification

•   At least 3 years experience in Routing, Switches, Port assignment in Vlan, Device mounting – dismounting, Cable redressing, network troubleshooting,

•   English: Fluent

Preferred:

•   Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

•   At least 5 years experience in Routing, Switches, Port assignment in Vlan, Device mounting – dismounting, Cable redressing, network troubleshooting,
