JOB FUNCTION: Project Manager, Nigeria Id and Tax Id Projects

REPORTS TO: Country Manager, West Africa

Major Accountabilities:

This role will act as project manager for the Nigeria Id and Tax Id projects

Major accountabilities will include:

•   create and maintain an overall Project Plan under MS Project, organized by Phase and by Workstream, with all main dependencies

•   create and maintain a Project log (actions, tasks, issues, risks, ..) under the standard MEA PMO template

•   organize and lead a weekly Project call with all Workstream leaders or their deputy; send Agenda and minutes under the standard MEA PMO template

•   organize a monthly Steering Committee meeting; send Agenda and minutes under the standard MEA PMO template

•   create and issue a monthly Status Report under the standard MEA PMO template

•   co-ordinate and follow-up actions/tasks with all internal project contributors

•   co-ordinate and follow-up actions/tasks with all external project contributors (Chams, NIMC, MSCC, Banks, Vendors) under the instructions and leadership of MasterCard's Business Owner

Experience:

•   at least 5 years of Project Management experience

•   prior exposure to MasterCard projects

•   good knowledge of Cards or Payments environment in Nigeria

•   excellent presentation and communication skills
