I am interested in doing my degree in Finland since it is still free. While going through the info, I have seen that TOEFL is compulsory. If I enroll for TOEFL now, can I still meet up the deadline?

Enrollment for TOEFL now depends on when your TOEFL test result can reach the chosen universities in Finland.
QuoteAll documents including TOEFL test result must reach the universities by 25 February 2011 at 4.15 pm Finnish time.

For your guidance, check the TOEFL time-table and approximate score posting date.

Actually when I saw the simplicity and genuineness of this info, i was quite shock but my prayer is that many Nigerians should take an advantage of this golden information release on the infostrides about studying abroad. This way, they not need throw their money to the many cheap Nigerian scammers disguising inform of agents and other unscrupulous methods. I will end this piece of note by dropping this link about a nigerian base in Benin City swindling people nation wide. Please click here Man Ripping-Off Dollars & Naira from Citizens in 419 Business in Nigeria.

Apart from Finland, can you please drop other schools in Europe (Norway preferably) offering tuition free education which does not require you write Toefl, mine has expired and it is a pain writing it over again considering  money wise and otherwise. I had NCE in 2005.

See what forgetfullness has caused me. I just missed another opportunity to apply for this September application. By God mercy, I will apply for  2012 when the door opens again.

1. Please do you know if there will be free tuition admission for January 2012?
2. I will beg you post all requirements needed as a Nigerian.
