Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities

•   Under general supervision, apply root cause analysis to multiple assigned technologies.

•   Participate in the creation of Cause Maps for specified technologies.

•   Create location specific trend analysis for specified technologies.

•   Member of Failure and Quality Review Board meetings.

•   Under general supervision, participate in deviation waiver request (DWR) process for a specified technologies.

•   Provide instruction and knowledge transfer to the Reliability community.

•   Act as a subject matter expert to maintenance and operations organizations for specified technologies.

•   Conduct all business activities in accordance to Baker Hughes Health, Safety and Environmental policies, Legal Compliance requirements and Baker Hughes Core Values.

Basic Qualifications

•   Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Applied Science and 1 year of experience.

•   Specific technical knowledge.

•   Good analytical skills.

•   Good written and verbal communication skills.

•   General facilitation and presentation skills.

•   Ability to work and communicate well with others.

•   Must be able to effectively communicate in English.

Desired/Preferred Qualifications

•   Systems engineering degree preferred.

•   Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.

•   Previous experience in presenting detailed and technical information.

Other Details: Willingness to travel internationally.
