Job summary: Our client has a position for a Project Controls Manager to start work on a large in Nigeria - 12 month renewable contract, residentially based. Candidates wishing to apply must have experience in a similar role.

Main Job Responsibilities:

*Creation of Outline Agreement in UNISUP for local needs,
*Preparation of P.O. / Call of Orders in UNISUP for local needs
*Responsible for preparing and carrying out all CFTs and ensuring consistency and alignment with TEPN
*Responsible for the preparation of Contract Documents and their issue to Contractors / Vendors.
*Follow-up of Costs Vs. Progress in local Project activities
*Responsible for preparation and maintenance of PHC Controls Procedures and interfacing this action with the Global Project Processes and Procedures.
*Overseeing the maintenance of the CDS Schedule and reporting on CDS progress
*Close-out reports Review and Approval
*Handling of Claims, Change Orders, variations etc. (including analysis, negotiations, etc.)

Skills/Qualifications:

*B. Eng. Or Sciences / Contracts Management / Commercial Negotiations
*Professional Experience of 20 + years
*10+ years project experience
