Job Title: Category Customer Marketing Manager
All Business Units - Lagos

The Role: Category Customer Marketing Manager
The successful candidate is required to:
•   Identify category opportunities to maximise growth and potential by channel.
•   Identify key growth drivers by channel and develop strategies across Assortment, Merchandising and promotion.
•   Manage the annual and quarterly customer marketing process.
•   Develop quarterly and monthly priorities by channel, communicate and track effectiveness.

The Person: The successful candidate must: 
•   Possess a University degree with a minimum of eight to ten (8–10) years work experience in an FMCG organisation.
•   Be able to work with and influence cross-functional teams.
•   Possess good analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
•   Be a computer expert especially in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
•   Have excellent interpersonal skills.
•   CAN DO attitude, exhibiting our core values – COURAGE, ACCOUNTABILITY, NETWORKING, DRIVE, and ONENESS.
