Job description:

•   Responsible for the production of presentation drawings, planning application and construction

•   Responsible for site inspections to check progress and ensure that the project is running according to specific standards within agreed timescale and within budget.

•   Responsible for carrying out defect inspections / quality checks throughout the life time of the project.

•   Identify and resolve issues and conflicts during the life of the project.

•   Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify and resolve problem areas and devise contingency plans.

Qualification:

•   The preferred Job holder must be a qualified Architect with at least 2 -3 years post NYSC work experience.

•   The job holder must be able to use autocad, revit architecture, MS Powerpoint, and CorelDraw software.

•   Ability to do 3D images and work with 3D Studio max is a strong advantage.
