Spike Physical keyboard for iphone users who yearn that feel and touch

Even though the touch screen technology is fascinating and most people like it, some individuals are quite comfortable with the feel and touch of a physical keyboard. These users are likely to stop using iphone or any other touch screen for BlackBerry-esque QWERTY keyboard.

In an effort to keep customers and satisfy the need for such people, Apple through SoloMatrix offers a solution. This is a keypad or call it spike - a protective case with a hinged physical keyboard which can be overlaid on an iphone's display. Users will then be able to type on a tacticle keyboard without the need for wires, docking, bluetooth or an app download.

The release of this product is set for september/october. It will come in two versions going at $30 and $50.
