Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday

Hours will be rotational (day/night) based on testing requirements. Shifts would rotate between supporting EMEA, Asia, and NA hours

UAT Testing Roles

• Providing testing support for Global and Regional Cash Management Product Offerings

• Performing UAT for Global or Regional Projects

• Interfacing with Product Mgmt, Technology, and other Operational areas

• Developing business goals, plans, and executing these plans and key strategic initiatives

• Planning and coordinating all phases of testing lifecycle activities:

o Business Scenarios & Test Case Matrices

o Test Script development

o Validation Requirements

o Test Execution

o Defect Management

o Supporting audit documentation

• Conduct business scenario meetings with cross-functional teams to define testing coverage based on the Functional Requirements

• Understanding technical documentation and interpreting the requirements to logical testing requirements

• Creating Project Reports of daily metrics progress for script development, test execution, and defects

• Coordinating with the testing team the turnover and acceptance of enhancements/change.

Day-to-day Responsibilities

• Supporting ongoing projects using the North America UAT test methodology

• Overall responsibility for planning and coordinating all phases of the testing lifecycle:

o Understanding Technical documentation and interpreting the requirements to logical testing requirements.

o Developing Business Scenarios and Test Script Matrices

o Developing Testing strategy and entry control documents

o Authoring Test Scripts

o Test Execution

o Creation of Exit control documentation and obtaining signoffs

Qualifications Technical Skills, Education, Certifications, Experience

•   Must demonstrate English communication skills (verbal, written, and reading)

o CET-SET – scoring "A"

•   Must hold a BS/BA degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.

•   Must demonstrate testing, technology, or software development experience.

•   MS Office Suite; HP Quality Center a plus
