This is the joke:

There where three men that died and went to hell, one from America, one from London and the other from Africa. So, the devil makes them work so hard in hell. As they were working they saw this phone both, and they ask Mr Devil, can we use your phone? So, he said to them, sure, but you will pay for the commication. They all agreed and made three calls to their families to change, becos hell do exits.

So, after the calls, the devil charge the London man 20 pounds, the American 50 dollars and the African 50 kobo. So, as they were working and making sad faces, devil asked why these faces. The American and London man replied him, you took more money from us and took coins from the African. The devil replied; you two made internation calls, while the African man made a local call. Thanks!
