Job Title: Site Foreman

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Organisation: NEJ Utilities Limited

We require an experienced foreman with local and relevant experience in land and/or infrastructure development to start on site as soon as possible. This is a 3-6 month contract role with a possibility of permanent work at the end of this stint.

Responsibilities:

•   Evaluate plans for the project

•   Ensure appropriate use of equipment by employees

•   Maintain employee schedule.

•   Arrange for materials to be onsite

•   Keep inventory for materials onsite

•   Communicate progress on the project to management

Qualifications and Requirements:

•   A minimum of 3 years experience as a construction foreman working on infrastructure projects in Nigeria

•   Should be able to start as soon as possible.

•   Should be able to work in a fast paced environment

•   Should be committed to accomplishing goals and result oriented

•   Should be able to communicate constructively

•   Should have good interpersonal skills

•   Should have strong references
