Job Title: Merchant Support Assistant

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

The preferred candidates duties include (but are not limited to) the following:

1. Assisting merchants to gather and upload information onto e-commerce platforms.

2. Visiting merchant sites on a regular basis

3. Liaising and communicating with merchant contacts

4. Extracting and compiling merchant data merchant data onto spreadsheets

5. Updating merchant data on a regular basis

6. Presenting data to Merchant Recruitment Consultant

7. Informing merchants and responding to their queries

8. Other duties assigned by MD or Merchant Recruitment Consultant

key skills:

•   Strong communication and analytical skills

•   Exceptional interpersonal and teamwork skills

Qualification:

•   Possess a first degree in any field from a reputable University

•   Be a Corps member whose place of primary assignment is in Lagos state or who has completed the NYSC programme

•   Be familiar with MS Word, MS Excel and have a basic knowledge of all other MS Office tools.
