Job description

•   The candidate must be an expert in the entire service delivery process from applications and product selection up to the final installation and post job evaluations. He will be responsible for installation of the LINER HANGER and Tie Back packers, have good knowledge of open and cased hole operations, manage calculation related to Liner hanger operations and redress the tools in the workshop and on the Rig. Candidate must have deep offshore and land experience as well as good cementing knowledge.

•   He will report to the Field Service Manager.

Responsibilities – Participates/Leads on Liner Hanger or tie-back. – Participates/Leads on the job preparation process in accordance with company or client specific Quality Plans. – Submits accurate and timely paper work and job reports capturing any lessons learned. – Performs in the role of a mentor to junior Field Specialist or Junior Field Engineers – Liaises with the Client on location and assist in troubleshooting. – Ensures installation procedures are followed without compromising safety. – Communicates with the Service Quality Coach and/or Engineer in Charge on a frequent basis to implement improvements in job procedures, equipment, personnel. Logistics, procurement.

Qualifications et experience – Minimum of a technical degree (HND) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical) – Minimum of 3 – 4 years experience in field services management in a multicultural / multinational environment (or with multinational clients). – Ability to perform under pressure – Adaptable to field conditions (rig environment, offshore/land) – Ability to work effectively in teams – Good communication skills. – Strong commitment to Safety, Quality, efficiency. – Performance focused
