Job Title: Desktop Support Engineer (Level 2)

Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Organisation: Mara Ison Technologies (member of Mara Group of Companies)

Experience: 3-5 Year experience

Qualification:              

Minimum diploma in Information Technology or related Field from a reputable institute

Mandatory Skills :

•   Experience in a similar position from a reputable organization

•   Experience with workstation/ Desktop support

•   Extensive knowledge of windows XP professional and Windows 7

•   Microsoft Office 2003, 2007 and 2010 suites

•   Good MS Outlook Knowledge (Mail Configuration and Backup of PST)

•   Basic Knowledge of Printer Hardware & Configuration

•   Good Networking Knowledge (Crimping, N/W Configuration)

•   Good Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS,DHCP

•   Knowledge of File & Print Server

•   Excellent hard ware and software troubleshooting knowledge

•   Knowledge of troubleshooting Laptop's Wi-Fi connectivity

•   Knowledge of Video conference system

•   Desktop/laptop deployment experience

•   Knowledge of systems software to determine if a malfunction is in the hardware or in the soft ware

•   Ability to work in a diverse multicultural environment

•   Excellent communication, analytical and writing skills with the ability to participate in a Team

Additional Knowledge and skills:

•   Helpdesk Management

•   ITIL
