Job Title: Cluster Manager – Operations / HSSE

Principal Accountabilities:

•  Review of operations KPI's and scorecards to ensure they are in line with organizational / cluster strategy

•  Conduct operations reviews and/or audits to ensure key targets are being met

•  Support Inland Services entities in the updating and promotion of Hyperion 11 operational, technical and HSSE data

•  Identify and Share Best Practices

•  Review / Develop operational aspects of SLA's in conjunction with the regional management team.  

•  In conjunction with Procurement Dept ensure Procurement support is received by facilities / that facilities follow APMT Procurement Policies

•  Support facilities in benchmarking projects

•  Support TAM and PEX initiatives to drive efficiency

•  Actively support and promote APM Terminals HSSE requirements, standards and initiatives to drive safety performance and culture

•  Assist in developing cluster strategy and assess strategic fit of Inland Services entities.

Technical skills:

•  Certification/ diplomas in terminal / logistics management preferred.

•  Minimum 3 years experience of terminal (inland / ocean) operations management.

•   Good communication skills, oral and written

•   Self motivated, proactive attitude and ability to work independently

•   Diplomatic but assertive

•   Ability to be credible and effective when dealing with senior management
