The ideal candidates should meet the following requirements:

• Must be below 35 years of age.

• Possess a good university degree or its equivalent in Sciences, Social Sciences or the Humanities.

• Should have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools and have strong analytical skills.

• 2 – 3 years cognate experience in a similar role.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Successful candidates will report to the Sales Operations Manager and will be responsible for providing effective sales operations support to the sales team, ensuring timely confirmation of sales orders and resolving issues relating to customer account reconciliations. They will also:

• Carry out sales data analysis and prepare management information reports.

• Validate Payment confirmation and recommend the release of orders.

• Establish excellent customer relationship and provide a high standard of customer service.

• Resolve customer enquiries and complaints.

• Ensure efficient processing of customers order.
