The use of biometric ID system has been one of the most suggested advanced security mechanism to be put in place to not only enhance efficiency transacting or while checking identifications but also error limiting when there are many people to be served.

However, not everyone supports the implementation of this system though some countries are already doing it. Different people have different opinions about biometric identification but among the pronounced reasons are:
Religious gound raise prophecy quotes from the book of Revelation 13:15-18, stating  that biometric form of identification according to the bible is  "the mark of the Beast " and so it depicts alot according to the prophecy. In short christians think it's should not be embraced.

Suprisingly this form of identification does not only recieve opposition from the christians only but there are concerns based on the privacy. Reports now states that researchers have come  up with a way to hack iris recognition systems that fools the system into identifying one person as another. This raises fears that the main benefit of biometric may not be so reliable like anticiĆ„pated.

The case of fingerprints has limitations as well.
