Position Description:

•   We are seeking a Self-driven professional with experience in HR Consulting to join our Manpower Outsource management team.

•   The candidate will need to have experience in business development, leadership and management development.

Responsibilities:

•   To Drive the HR Outsource unit

•   To Build and maintain relationships both internally / externally and at all levels.

•   To implement staff talent effectiveness polices and carry out performance management.

•   Maintain effective employee / Employer communications, conflict and management.

•   Skill development line with business needs.

•   Carry out investigations on matters relating to employee and conflict resolution

•   Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

•   Travel to company offices as required supporting human resources company-wide initiatives and policies.

Desired Skills & Experience:

•   A Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

•   At least five years' experience in a HR/ people consulting

•   Knowledge of Employment Law

•   Develop and manage customer relationships

•   Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities

•    Critical thinker, ability to influence others, proven ability to successfully collaborate to achieve goals, strong problem solving and  analytical skills.

•   Excellent writing and verbal communications skills

•   Proficient computer skills.

•   Excellent presentation skills

•   Must be a Ghanaian citizen or permanent resident / or Nigerian citizen or permanent resident
