Job Title: Senior Estate Surveyor

Location: Lagos

Requirement:

•   A first degree in Estate Management and being a fellow of NIESV is an added advantage with at least 3 years working experience.

•   Ability to identify opportunity for business development in line with the strategic vision of the company.

•   Good understanding of property law, valuation principles and building construction.

•   Good grounding in contractual issues.

•   Management of others including external contractors and Budget Management.

•   Excellent time management and prioritization skills including ability to work efficiently without supervision.

•   Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package.

•   A willingness to take responsibility.
