Fugitive Iraqi vice president sentenced to death

BAGHDAD (Reuters) - Fugitive Vice President Tareq al-Hashemi was sentenced to death by an Iraqi court on Sunday after he was convicted of murder in a ruling likely to further exacerbate sectarian tension.
