The Legal adviser provides strategic Company Secretarial, corporate governance and legal advisory support tot eh CEO and the Board and leads in the identification of legal and governances risks with a view effectively managing all such issues concerning the organization.

Requirements:

•   A minimum of 7years exposure in a structured and professionally managed commercial organization or legal firm is required. The minimum qualification for the position is a good BL and LLB

•   Possession of chartered secretary certification, an LLM or a Masters in another disicipline will be an added advantage.

•   The age range for the position is 28 – 35 years
