Job Title Manager, Supplier Quality Assurance
Department: Finance
Location:  Lagos

Job Description:    
• Develop mechanisms for supplier selection and retention activities in line with best practices
• Drive the development of local content within the constraints of the environment and the economy
• Develop network of enterprises who can offer good value for unwanted MTN assets
• Ensure relevant staff understand the concept of value for money, and abide by whatever mechanism is established for achieving it
• Lead, manage and develop MTNN supplier quality assurance requirements including update and management of the supplier profile questionnaire process
• Due Diligence, Supplier Audit and Supplier Performance Evaluation

Job Conditions: Normal MTNN working conditions. Shift based work (24/7/365)
Reporting To:   Senior Manager, Procurement

Required Skills:   
• A professional qualification in Quality Management, Accounting, or Purchasing & Supply
At least 8 years related work experience in a reputable organisation which includes:
• Providing quality assurance services to clients
• Supplier account management
• Contract management
• Supervisory/ managerial experience

Employment Status: Permanent
Qualification:   A good first degree in a science, engineering or any numerate discipline
