Job Title: Divisional Head, Project Monitoring

General Requirements:

•   A University Degree with a minimum of second class division from a reputable institution. However, possession of a postgraduate degree and / or professional qualifications will be a distinct advantage

•   IT/ IS proficiency and project management skills – A must

•   Excellent oral and written communication skills in English

•   High professionalism, teamwork and excellent leadership skills

Qualifications, Skills & Experience Required:

•   A good first degree in and a post-graduate qualification will be required. Certification and/or International Training in Project Management will be a definite advantage.

•   Membership of professional bodies and international experience will give qualified candidates added advantage.

•   At least 13 years post-qualification experience in Programme and Project Monitoring and Evaluation within the Development Community and or Healthcare / Education Projects will be preferred.
