•   Your coordination of Product Service Line services and jobsite equipment are crucial for efficiency, profitability and client satisfaction.

•   You will prepare customer call sheets, document customer calls for service requirements and assist service coordinators in managing equipment, materials and personnel.

•   Achieve gate-to-gate accuracy through your communications with customers, service supervisors, service specialists and service coordinators.

•   A high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a dispatcher or administration role which includes experience with SAP scheduling board.  

•   Must possess basic computer data processing skills to create simple spreadsheets, common word documents, and simple system searches.
